When it comes to an exact composition of different confectionary products, Cremer has broad experience in manufacturing mixed flavour packaging lines.
This line consists of 6 counting machines TQI4-100 that discharge a fixed number of each number of each flavour into a pendular bucket elevator. The elevator travels with up to 100 buckets per minute to two (2) packaging points.
Customer can choose whether to discharge at the bag filling station or at the tin filling station. The bag filling station is initially designed with two manual filling funnels, but can easily be transformed discharging into an automatic (VFFS) bagger. Besides the tin (or box) filling line there is a reject funnel for rejected mixes or to collect run-empty discharges.
The HMI can be controlled by touch screen and gives full access to system settings and performance. The bucket register stores the contecnt information and will remember the status of each bucket. The possibility to have different recipe settings gives full control an flexibility to the system.
A manual feeding point is used in case something extra ( a give-way) needs to be added to the mix. For future developments this bucket elevator and cable tree are prepared to serve two extra counting machines.
