Counting one product is also a counting application! When one product needs to be dosed into a pack, many companies choose to do this manually. This project proves that there are better ways to put a product into a pack.
In this particular project a small toy, in a plastic flow-wrap, is discharged into the bottom of an ice-cup. By using three rows of memory flaps the counter will have a toy available every time there is an empty pocket under the discharge unit. After the products are discharged into the double synchro-conveyor, they are transported to the divider to discharge from two rows of products in the conveyor to 6 rows in the divider unit.
