Pressureforming: we use various base materials to manufacture packaging products, e.g. boxes, jars, dessert inlays for single-time usage, to be used in the food industry, and primarily in the confectioner trade, in cold-buffet kitchens, in catering, and in bakeries, offering a wide selection both in types and in sizes. The pressureforming technology we use is unique in Hungary today and, thank to its characteristic features, we produce our products, even in the case of small and medium-size series, economically, with a short lead time, with high productivity, and in very good quality.
Vacuum-moulding: we use this technology to produce housings for industrial instrumentation, parts for the vehicle- and lighting industry, construction-industry and sanitary products, and storing and transport trays for single- and multi-time usage, commodity display parts, bubble- and blister packaging materials for industrial packaging applications.
Extruding: we use this technology primarily for satisfying our own foil- and board needs, from shock-resistant polystyrene, PE, PP, and ABS; we utilize our free capacities in accordance with our partners needs.
Injection moulding: this is the youngest of our technologies, however, as a result of our latest investment project, it represents one of the most state-of-the-art level in technique in our operations. Our machinery pool has a wide range of closing force and injectable mass, making thus our technology suitable for a very versatile injectionmoulding production technology.
One of our major objectives is to offer complex services to our customers, by providing not only the basic thermoplast technologies, but also by making available our services in the major support areas. For this purpose we have set up a product-developing and tool-designing team with the participation of our engineer colleagues, and we launched a well-equipped tool-manufacturing plant too. Our productand tool developer division supports the ideas of our customers by 3D designing and by computercontrolled tool making, CNC.
Maintaining and strengthening the goodwill of our company, as well as its marketleader positions in major segments of the plastic packaging technology are guaranteed by the quality we produce, meeting the expectations of our customers, and by our efficient quality-management activities. In the audit held in the plant on 31 January 2001, we demonstrated successfully that our operations are in compliance with the Quality Standard MSZ-EN ISO:9001/2000, and this is one of the securing factors to satisfy any arising market needs in a proper way.
