The Most common know and used ESD material, is a PS polymer which is filled with Carbon Black. Wenn a surface and volume resistance is required between 10 Ohm 2 and 10 Ohm 6, the choise is then based on economical reasons and manufacturing method. Till now was this type of ESD material what was choosen.

Dissipative polymer ( IDP ) is required when color , cleanliness , abrasion resistance and contact with food are the essential needs of your customers . Surface and volume resistivity starting from 10 ohms 7 to 10 ohms 10 are possible.
L-PS ESD 2.0 NEW
The further development of L-PS with improved mechanical and conductive properties. No abrasion of carbon with a high cleanliness and process safety in your ESD products. Surface and volume resistance starting selectable in 10 - high 2 ohm to 10 - ohm high 11 . This is a " soft discharge " - required for sensitive electronic components. No loss of conductivity after thermoforming , and a low specific weight - instead of the 1.15 g / cm³ - NEW 1,06g / cm³ .

L-ABS ESD 2.0 / L-TPU
ABS is desired when it comes to higher temperature range and or to an increased chemical resistance to oils and grease geht.Leitfähiges ABS meets these requirements . Good thermoforming properties even under difficult part geometries are possible. High cleanliness - NO abrasion of carbon and high process reliability are given .
