Cap caps should be gently bulked into Sapli’s Hopper. Special hopper solution will distribute and handle caps in a smooth way forward to the waterfall type multi format feeding machine, avoiding any scratches and scoop losses.
Waterfall type multi format feeding machine will sort the caps, allowing passing only the caps with spoon on the bottom part. The rest of the caps will be returned to the hopper.
The correctly positioned caps will be transported by the traditional conveyors belt forward to the multiformat lid overcapper.
Multiformat lid overcapper will align the caps in the correct position in relation to the front view of the can artwork. The appropriate press force will be apply, strong enough to close properly the can, without making any damages on the caps and cans.
After capping process, the inspection will verify the status of the capped cans, rejectiong the non- conformity capped cans with a lockable boxes.
The equipment is prepared for the future expansion of the line’s capacity and addition of new caps formats, diameters and models.
